Important Notes:

• Internet access is only required if you want to be able to download currency exchange rates in real time from the internet.
   
• The Stock Books' functionality does not rely on having Microsoft® Office installed on your computer. Its purpose is to allow you to perform the following:
   
• generate invoices, receipts and labels in Microsoft® Word
• export stock data into a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet
• link the names associated with your stock records with their contact details in Microsoft® Outlook®
   
• The facility to schedule regular backups of your Stock Book data is not available on machines operating under Microsoft® Windows® 98. Users, however, will still be able to make instantaneous backups.
